We have designed, built, and integrated applications for: material handling and sorting, pneumatic/hydraulic pressure and temperature testing, pressing, cutting, molding, and many others- primarily for discrete-part automotive component/sub-assembly manufacturers or for food/consumer goods manufacturers. Operator safety and protection considerations are our priority when delivering machine control solutions.

Control Panel Services
We design and build control panels to suit your application; we also fabricate electrical panels to match provided drawings and specifications. All of control panels are built to UL standards and are optimized for full-lifecycle use.
Control Platforms
CAI is experienced with upgrading and converting between Mitsubishi, Rockwell, Allen Bradley, and other hardware/software packages. Our services include PL Programming & Controls, Systems Integration and control Panel Design, and Functional Safety.
Data Collection/MES
CAI has experience helping industrial clients integrate data gathered by smart sensors and PLCs into MES, SCADA, and other data architectures. Our machine systems can perform data collection for Production Reporting and Quality Tracking.
